The Xi Phi Chapter of Delta Zeta at the University of Missouri - Kansas City has been dedicated to supporting speech and hearing for many years. During the fall and spring 2022 semesters, we have raised over $4,000 for our national and local philanthropies. Our national Sorority named Starkey Hearing Foundation our National Philanthropy Partner in 2006. In January of 2023 our chapter decided to select KC Pet Project as our local philanthropy partner and we are excited to work with them in the future. Delta Zeta also supports Gallaudet University, which is the world’s only university making undergraduate programs accessible to the deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing students. Lastly, Delta Zeta also partners with The Painted Turtle, our national service project, and encourages women, both active and alumnae members, to give their time to this awesome cause.
